Job summary

Sunshine Asset Management (HK) Limited is seeking a senior recruitment professional to design and execute recruitment strategies across investment, research and infra functions in Hong Kong. You will partner with senior management to attract, assess and secure top talent for the asset management platform.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, manage channels, build talent pipelines and deliver data-driven insights while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR/Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for experienced and campus hires.
• Experience recruiting for investment, research, or financial professionals is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise and enhance recruitment policies to align with group regulations and local market practices.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop annual recruitment plans and drive execution to meet hiring targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and support workforce planning.

Job description

You will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies to support the firm's business growth across investment, research, and infrastructure functions. You will partner closely with senior management and hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent for the asset management platform in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Review, revise, and enhance the firm's recruitment policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with group-level regulations and local market practices
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Hong Kong employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Develop annual recruitment plans based on business strategy and manpower needs, and drive execution to meet hiring targets
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify talent needs and support workforce planning objectives
• Develop and maintain a diversified recruitment channel network, including direct sourcing and job boards
• Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to provide data-driven hiring insights to stakeholders
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility as an employer of choice in the asset management industry

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
• 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial services, asset management, or a search firm
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for both experienced hires and campus hires
• Experience in recruiting for investment, research, or financial professionals is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems, and direct sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese (must-have)
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and consultative skills
