Confidence Capital Investment is seeking passionate candidates to join our HR team in Hong Kong. This entry-level role is open to undergraduates or fresh graduates; recruitment experience is not required.

The position offers HK$70 per hour and a part-time schedule from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with at least three working days per week. You will identify candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview arrangement,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; exposure to the financial industry is an advantage but not a must.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong, including IANG, dependent visa, or other valid work permit holders.
• Ability to source and communicate with candidates in Mainland China across time zones.
• Familiar with the Mainland China talent market and recruitment channels is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, good command of English or Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven, able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates and develop a network of sources for qualified applicants
• Conduct initial interview and recommend potential candidates to the manager for further evaluation
• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interview arrangement, offer proposal, and new staff orientation
• Manage social media platforms and marketing channels (e.g. JobsDB, LinkedIn)
• Advise managers on HR policies and recruitment strategies
