Job summary

BBVA Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Talent & Culture initiatives across Asia. You will own regional programs from design to adoption, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and local teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience.

You will drive initiatives on flexible work, culture, leadership development, and lifecycle processes, while ensuring governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project or product management, business transformation or HR transformation.
• Combined experience in Talent & Culture and business roles is valued.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or governance.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
• Nice to have: banking/financial services experience, Workday knowledge, familiarity with risk & control frameworks, agile product management and Spanish.

• Define roadmaps, milestones and success measures, and track outcomes across Asia.

Your impact

• Own regional T&C initiatives from design and planning through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Drive projects related to flexible ways of working, culture and diversity, young talent attraction and development, career development and learning, and leadership development.
• Simplify and standardize key employee lifecycle processes, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding and offboarding.
• Connect Front T&C, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and local geographies to ensure effective execution and sustainable solutions.
• Partner with T&C Asia RCA to address audit findings, strengthen governance and improve process discipline.
• Define roadmaps, milestones and success measures, engage stakeholders and track outcomes across Asia.

What you bring

10+ years of professional experience in project or product management, business transformation, HR transformation or related fields.

Combined experience in T&C and business roles is valued.

Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.

Strong stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills.

Experience in process improvement, change management or governance.

Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.

A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset, with strong ownership and a focus on results.

Nice to have

Banking or financial services experience, knowledge of HR processes and Workday, exposure to risk and control frameworks, familiarity with agile or product management methodologies, and proficiency in Spanish.
