Job summary

BBVA Hong Kong busca un líder de Transformación de Talent & Culture para impulsar iniciativas regionales en Asia. El rol requiere experiencia en gestión de programas transversales entre T&C y negocio, y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multiculturales.

Se valorará experiencia en banca/finanzas, Workday y metodologías ágiles. La posición es en Hong Kong, con enfoque en desarrollo de talento, cultura organizacional y mejoras de procesos.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in project or product management, business transformation, HR transformation or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or governance.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
• Nice to have: banking/financial services exp, HR Workday, agile or product mgmt exp, Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own regional T&C initiatives from design to delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Drive projects related to flexible ways of working, culture and diversity, talent attraction and development, career development and learning, and leadership development.
• Simplify and standardize key employee lifecycle processes, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding and offboarding.
• Connect Front T&C, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and local geographies to ensure effective execution and sustainable solutions.
• Partner with T&C Asia RCA to address audit findings, strengthen governance and improve process discipline.
• Define roadmaps, milestones and success measures, engage stakeholders and track outcomes across Asia.

What you bring

• 10+ years of professional experience in project or product management, business transformation, HR transformation or related fields. Combined experience in T&C and business roles is valued.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives from design to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement, change management or governance.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
• A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset, with strong ownership and a focus on results.
• Nice to have: Banking or financial services experience, knowledge of HR processes and Workday, exposure to risk and control frameworks, familiarity with agile or product management methodologies, and proficiency in Spanish.
