Job Description

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that the project scope, schedule, cost, and progress adhere to the planned timeline.
• Participate in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to various stages from design to deployment.
• Perform hands‑on work in software design, development, and thorough testing of mainframe applications.
• Engage in the maintenance and enhancement of critical mainframe systems, focusing on credit card applications.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors to integrate solutions and manage project deliverables.
• Provide expert advice and support for online applications within the banking environment.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of six years of experience within the Banking or Financial industry is required.
• Must possess practical experience and skills in Mainframe technology.
• Mandatory knowledge and hands‑on experience in Credit Card applications on the mainframe platform.
• Proficiency with MVS, COBOL, CICS, and VSAM is essential.
• Experience in a project management role for at least one year is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with DB2 is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with all project parties.
