Job summary

Recruit Squad Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Administrator to design, deploy and operate a self-hosted ServiceNow platform aligned with ITIL processes. You will build workflows, automate tasks, and ensure reliable service delivery.

You will collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement integrations, manage upgrades, and maintain thorough documentation, supporting financial services environments with strong security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation, deployment, and administration.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly change management, asset management, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in multi-platform OS system operation and administration.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL for operational support and maintenance.
• Experience working with REST APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other infrastructure components.
• Experience managing self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• Experience in the financial services industry or other highly regulated sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
