Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and troubleshoot open source or multi-brand KVM solutions.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot software-defined storage (SDS) setups and observability using open standards.
• Support client and data center projects, including migrations and upgrades.
• Transfer skills and knowledge related to KVM, SDS, and observability implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in KVM solutions, storage, and infrastructure support.
• Proven experience with open source or multi-brand KVM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience supporting client or data center projects, including migrations and upgrades.
• Experience implementing software‑defined storage (SDS).
• Experience in implementing server farm observability solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of various KVM solutions.
• Integration of KVM solutions with operating systems, antivirus, backup, monitoring, etc.
• Knowledge of SDS standards and implementations, such as SNIA, Ceph, and OpenStack Swift.
• Experience with observability tools and frameworks, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and W3C Trace, for infrastructure monitoring of containers, VMs, servers, and storage devices.
