• Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of OS, hardware & software.
• Support focus on Linux or Virtualization / Cloud.
• Deliver projects and negotiate with vendors for cost‑effective solution to meet business demands.

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline.
• Individuals without a degree, but possessing relevant skills and experience, will also be considered.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on support experience in Linux platform.
• Familiar with SQL Server / MySQL Database.
• Familiar with Linux (CentOS / Redhat).
• Good knowledge in SAN, Tivoli monitoring tools.
• Experienced in Linux shell script, Python.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (in both spoken and written).
