• Oversee the installation, deployment, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of server and storage infrastructure.
• Provide technical consultation and strategic planning for website development, user application systems, system software, and hardware.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and propose cost‑effective, optimized solutions.
• Ensure high performance and availability of server and storage infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Linux environments.
• Generate comprehensive system documentation and reporting.
• Research emerging trends in Linux and storage technologies to identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Advise and support application development teams with technical expertise.
• Respond to emergency production incidents, provide on‑site support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in storage and server support, preferably in large‑scale Linux enterprise environments.
• Proficient hands‑on skills with Linux, and storage solutions, including but not limited to SAN Storage, Veritas Netbackup, VSP, Tuning Manager, NETAPP, Brocade etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
