• Design, implement, and manage server infrastructure.
• Provide comprehensive technical support, including system programming, configuration management, system monitoring, change management, and troubleshooting.
• Review standards and guidelines for all infrastructure-related projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Requires 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in sysadmin, technical management, or support across Linux/Windows OS, x86/ARM hardware, storage/backup, or automation.
• Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure problems and rapidly resuming services.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: CyberArk, BMC Control‑M, Windows Active Directory, Ansible, ISO27001, Technology Refresh, or ITIL.
• Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
