Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in MongKok seeks a System Analyst to support project management and the rollout of an AI-enabled hotline system. You will coordinate technical work, monitor contractors, and liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, at least four years in IT, and solid GCIS/DCI system implementation experience with multiple interface-rich projects.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects.
• At least 4 years' experience in IT industry.
• Solid system implementation experience in GCIS or DCI environment.
• At least 2 implementation projects requiring interfacing with other systems.
• Experience in ensuring contractor work quality and progress for outsourced development and implementation projects.
• Experience in testing planning/review including SIT, UAT, load/stress test, regression test and nursing support.
• Experience in system implementation involving LLMs and ASRs is desirable.
