Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join a large-scale insurance technology team. The role focuses on modernizing and enhancing enterprise claims platforms with emphasis on backend systems, while supporting frontend work where needed.

Responsibilities include leading system analysis, translating business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing offshore code, and contributing to architecture discussions. Hybrid work is offered, with 2 days WFH per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in System Analysis, Solution Design, or Software Development.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications with thousands of active users.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and system integration.
• Hands-on development experience with Java and/or modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular.
• Experience reviewing code and providing technical leadership to development teams.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
• Insurance domain experience is preferred, particularly within claims, life insurance, pensions, or health-related systems, but candidates from other enterprise domains are also welcome to apply.
• Fluent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.
