Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a System Analyst (Claim) for a temporary role to design and implement technology solutions for claims processing, spanning frontend, backend and cloud.

You will lead feature delivery, perform code reviews, guide DevOps practices, and collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure quality, security and timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Experience with Azure databases, AKS and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and version control systems.
• Good understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Alibaba Cloud, PolarDB or AI-related technologies would be advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of application performance tuning, coding standards and software quality practices.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to insurance, claims platforms or financial services systems is highly desirable.
• Passion for emerging technologies and innovation.

Responsibilities
