Job summary

HKEX is hiring a motivated and energetic System Development Manager for the Listing Systems team. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle of modern web applications used by listed companies, collaborating with business users, infrastructure, security, and development teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in enterprise-scale web applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in development, implementation, and support of enterprise web applications.
• Experience as System Analyst or equivalent, coordinating with vendors and dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and manage releases; monitor progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute testing to meet functional and non-functional requirements including security and performance.
• Support delivery through requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment and production support.
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
