Job summary

ICO Limited seeks a senior System Administrator to maintain Linux servers and related stack across physical and virtual environments. You will perform patching, backup, DR, and capacity planning while supporting DNS/NFS/firewalls and cloud integrations. Collaboration with security and development teams is essential.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in UNIX/Linux support, strong network knowledge, backup experience, and proficiency with Ansible. On-site Hong Kong availability is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years' experience in supporting UNIX/Linux and backup tools (CommVault/NetBackup)
• Hands on experience in datacenter operation, familiar with server hardware specification, cabling and equipment
• Solid working experience in SAN storage and SAN switch administration
• Good knowledge of network protocols, Ethernet, VLAN, routing and IP
• Familiar with Ansible, shell scripting is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to manage vendors to perform project implementation and BAU supports
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work or support production issue during non-office hours

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) in physical and virtual environments
