Job summary

A technology consulting firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support Lotus Domino servers and the Lotus Notes email system. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in IT, including 3 years in Lotus Notes programming or administration. Responsibilities include application development using Lotus Script and providing helpdesk support. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Information Technology sector.
• At least 3 years of which in programming or system administration experience in Lotus Notes systems.
• Working experience in using Lotus Script for application support is an advantage.
• Working experience in using Lotus Script for application support is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Lotus Domino R8.X / 9.X Servers.
• Support and troubleshoot the daily administration of the Lotus Notes Email System.
• Develop application in Lotus Notes R8.X / 9.X environment using Lotus Script.
• Maintain and support around 150 in-house developed Lotus Notes applications/agents/scripts.
• Provide helpdesk support services to Lotus Notes and web mail users.
