Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited seeks an experienced professional to drive loan syndication initiatives for corporate and institutional clients in Asia Pacific. You will liaise with relationship managers to pitch mandates and craft financing solutions, coordinating with multiple branches for opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel, with English and Putonghua fluency.

Qualifications

University graduate or above in Business/Accounting/Banking or related disciplines.
5-8 years’ experience in credit, marketing or financing in a bank.
Experience in syndication and structured finance in Asia Pacific.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Chinese character input.
Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua; seniority may adjust title.

Responsibilities

Actively liaise with relationship manager and customer to pitch for mandate to arrange syndicated loan transactions.
Provide professional solutions in relation to loan syndication financing for corporate and institutional clients.
Co-work with various branches of the bank for financing opportunities.
Evaluate the structural risk and pricing for transactions which the bank is considering.
Work with lawyers and internal teams on negotiation, closing and execution of loan documentation for syndicated transactions.
