Job summary

Swire Properties Limited 太古地產有限公司 is seeking an Assistant Sustainable Development Officer to support the development and execution of the Company’s Sustainable Development strategy across its global portfolio. You will help develop sustainability programmes and drive implementation to improve overall performance, organize tenant and staff engagement, deliver training, and assist in reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in Sustainability/CSR/Environmental Management and a degree in

Qualifications

Degree in Sustainability or related field
1–2 years of experience in Sustainability/ CSR / Environmental Management
Knowledge of HK and PRC laws related to sustainability, ESG reporting and environment
Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus

Responsibilities

Support review of SD performance via periodic analysis and stakeholder engagement
Assist in publication of SPL annual sustainability/ESG report and reporting requirements
Assist in implementing tenant engagement initiatives like Green Performance Pledge and smart waste management
Plan and execute engagement activities for staff, tenants, residents, suppliers, NGOs and community for the SD 2030 Strategy
Conduct research to identify opportunities to drive improvement across the five pillars of the SD 2030 Strategy
Provide training and technical support to business units to deliver SD action plans
