Job summary

lululemon Asia-Pacific seeks a Supply Chain Reporting and Analytics professional to deliver data-driven insights for sourcing, production, costing, and development. You will build reports, dashboards, and tools to support fast decisions and scalable growth in a retail environment.

You will extract and analyze data from multiple systems, partner with cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and governance. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, pivots, Power Query, and VBA-based automation.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate or other reporting and automation tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle large data sets accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports required by understanding product production processes and data.
• Maintain recurring reports, dashboards, tools, and automated solutions supporting Sourcing, Production, Costing, and more.
• Extract, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple systems.
• Lead end-to-end reporting and analytics projects of low-to-moderate complexity.
• Identify trends and summarize findings to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and IT to address KPIs and data needs, ensuring governance.
