Job summary

lululemon seeks a seasoned Brand Operations Manager for APAC to translate brand strategy into execution across campaigns and markets. You will drive operational rigor, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative, and Retail teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in brand or marketing operations with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Airtable. In-person collaboration and office presence are expected 4–5 days per week in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 8–10 years of brand operations, marketing operations, or project management experience.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Strong operator mindset with high attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and market Brand, Creative, and Retail Brand Experience to meet operational and fiscal requirements of campaigns, including budget, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage regional budget tracking and forecasting with visibility, accuracy, and spend optimization.
  • Coordinate with regional/global merchandising on product verification and outfitting for campaigns and weeklies.
  • Support quarterly B&C sample buy process and handling.
  • Assist in managing Brand Marketing Calendar and campaign go-to-market timelines.
  • Liaise with external vendors by project, including documentation and payment tracking.
  • Establish and maintain core operating rhythms, templates, and tools to drive APAC consistency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication flow across campaigns and projects.

About This Team

The APAC Brand Operations team translates brand strategy into execution across campaigns, channels, and markets. Operating as a regional center of excellence, we drive consistency, efficiency, and investment discipline across APAC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Operations, the Brand Operations Manager partners with Brand, Creative, and cross-functional teams to enable strong operational rigor, clear processes, and disciplined budget management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional and market Brand, Creative, and Retail Brand Experience to meet the operational & fiscal requirements of brand campaigns, including managing budget, timelines and deliverables

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in brand operations, marketing operations, or project management (retail or multi-market experience preferred)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools (e.g. Airtable)
  • Strong operator mindset with high attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders across functions, levels, and markets

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.

Authorization to work in Hong Kong SAR is required for this role.
