Hang Seng Bank invites high-calibre university students to join our Student Internship Programme. This 6-month, full-time internship equips you with banking knowledge and skills to build a career in banking.

The program opens pathways to early selection for Management Trainee or other graduate opportunities and runs January 2027 to June 2027 in Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Successful interns gain hands-on exposure across multiple functions, with structured on-the-job trainings and a dynamic working

Qualifications

• Full-time university students, or bachelor’s degree holder with deferred full-time master’s degree offer.
• Be innovative and creative to new ideas and approaches
• Growth mindset to challenge the status quo and courage to explore new opportunities
• Ability to communicate with impact, influence and present confidently
• Demonstrate a team-player spirit with strong integrity and work ethic
• Proficiency in English and Chinese

Programme Overview

Duration: 6-month full-time internship
Employment Period:January 2027 - June 2027

• Subject to availability, early onboarding can be considered
• For student visa holder, a valid student visa to cover the whole employment period is required
