Job summary

The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) invites applications for an Executive Officer (Student Affairs) to support career services, health funding schemes, and campus activities. Reporting to the Head of Student Affairs, the role focuses on delivering student-centred services and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a tertiary institution; equivalent qualification.
• Minimum five years’ relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or student affairs.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Leadership potential and proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; good database literacy.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Experience in social media management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a wide range of career initiatives and events.
• Administer health services and funding schemes.
• Support campus-wide activities and student affairs operations.
• Oversee general administration of the Office and assist Head of Student Affairs.
