The role requires a university graduate with 4 years of experience in corporate banking, credit research, or syndicated loan activities, with strong credit knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively under supervision.

Qualifications

• University graduate with 4 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking, credit research, or syndicated loan origination/structuring/distribution
• Strong credit knowledge including financial statement analysis and industry research
• Ability to coordinate documentation and reports with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit and financing analysis on corporate clients for syndicated loan transactions
• Prepare pitches, term sheets, proposal packages, and marketing materials
• Report to the Executive Director and work with a small close-knit team
• Maintain a loan deal database covering pricing, structure, and investor appetite; support secondary asset sales
• Draft underwriting discussions and memos to assist senior team with liquidity and pricing analysis
• Drive primary syndication activities including IMs, bank lists, roadshow logistics, and site visits
• Support secondary distribution from investor sourcing through to execution
• Coordinate documentation, compliance matters, and internal reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit and financing analysis on corporate clients for syndicated loan transactions
• Prepare pitches, term sheets, proposal packages, and marketing materials
• Report to the Executive Director, working in a with a small close-knit team.
• Maintain a loan deal database covering pricing, structure, and investor appetite; support secondary asset sales with axe sheets
• Draft underwriting discussion papers and memos, supporting senior team members with liquidity and pricing analysis
• Drive primary syndication activities, including Information Memoranda, bank lists, invitation letters, roadshow logistics, and site visits
• Support secondary distribution from investor sourcing through to execution
• Coordinate documentation, compliance matters, and internal reporting

Requirements:

• University graduate with 4 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking, credit research, or syndicated loan origination/structuring/distribution
• Strong credit knowledge, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and corporate financing structures
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work under supervision
• Must be appointed as a Relevant Individual to conduct regulated activities on behalf of the branch
