You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with C-Suite leaders, and coach junior team members while promoting a data-driven culture. This is based in Hong Kong with global exposure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, planning, or consulting.
• Life insurance industry experience valued.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine Group Strategy in collaboration with the Group Strategy Director and C-Suite stakeholders.
• Support and lead high-priority strategic workstreams and initiatives within the Group Strategy refresh.
• Conduct market/industry and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Pillars, enablers, regional leaders and local units to align strategy with execution.
• Communicate strategy and progress to internal teams and prepare clear board briefs.
