Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive and relevant experience in strategy, business planning, consulting or related fields.
• Industry‑specific experience and deep understanding of Life insurance is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and delivering high‑impact strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Group Strategy, working with the Group Strategy Director and C‑Suite stakeholders.
• Lead or support high‑priority workstreams within the Group Strategy refresh, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
