Job summary

Hong Kong Red Cross is seeking a senior leader for Youth Development Service to guide strategic direction, coach volunteer leaders, and drive the execution of youth programs. The role collaborates closely with the Senior Manager to deliver humanitarian services and nurture the next generation of Red Cross leaders.

The successful candidate will oversee program development, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives, ensuring alignment with HKRC’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the strategic direction and plan in youth development, aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead development, execution, and enhancement of youth services with volunteers and staff.
• Coach a team of volunteer leaders to formulate service plans and training for youth.
• Organize daily operations at Divisional Headquarters or supervise projects for university students.
• Develop humanitarian education programs to cultivate youth awareness.
• Build relations with schools, NGOs, and youth groups for collaboration.
