Deckers Brands seeks a highly analytical finance professional to partner with the Global Sourcing organization within Supply Chain, strengthening cost visibility, forecast accuracy, and margin performance across COGS.

You'll collaborate with sourcing, costing, vendor management, product development, quality and operations to translate operational strategies into financial plans, evaluate supplier economics, and quantify landed costs to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Embed finance partnership to improve cost visibility, accountability, and forecast accuracy across COGS.
• Collaborate with sourcing, costing, vendor management, product development, quality and operations to translate strategies into financial plans.
• Lead financial evaluation of supplier costs, landed cost drivers, and margin improvement to drive supply chain performance.
• Deliver end-to-end reporting and executive-ready insights on cost efficiency, utilization, and risks.
