Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a skilled Business Analysis Manager to support Global Distribution Operations and COE initiatives across DC operations, automation feasibility, vendor selection, and end-to-end process improvement.

You will collaborate with distribution, transportation, planning, finance, technology, procurement, vendors, and regional stakeholders to convert operational problems into clear requirements, dashboards, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in business analysis, supply chain, distribution, logistics, or analytics.
• Experience documenting requirements, process maps, user stories, testing plans, and implementation-ready docs.
• Experience building dashboards, KPI reports, and executive-ready summaries.
• Experience supporting vendor selection, feasibility studies, and rollout governance.
• Ability to work across APAC, US, and global stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with DC operations, 3PLs, transportation, planning, and finance teams to document current and future state requirements.
• Translate business needs into process flows, user stories, functional requirements, risk logs, assumptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze gaps across shipping, receiving, inventory handoff, and customer delivery processes.
• Build requirement packs to support feasibility studies, vendor evaluations, and DC rollout planning.
• Define measurable outcomes and OKR milestones for speed, quality, service, cost, and inventory accuracy.
