This role embeds finance support within Supply Chain to strengthen cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and accountability across COGS.

Initially focused on the Global Sourcing organization, this role will serve as the foundation for broader finance partnership across Supply Chain, expanding support to additional functions as business needs evolve. Working closely with sourcing, costing, vendor management, product development, quality, and operations teams, this position integrates financial discipline into sourcing and production decisions. The role helps evaluate supplier economics, landed cost drivers to improve margin performance, operational efficiencies, and overall supply chain performance.

Align with Corporate FP&A to ensure disciplined planning, forecasting, and governance sourcing and supply chain spend. Standardize planning assumptions, tools, and processes to improve consistency and decision-making.

Identify financial risks and opportunities within sourcing and production activities and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

Lead financial evaluation of supplier cost structures, product costing, freight, duty, and other landed cost drivers across key manufacturing regions. Assess whether sourcing strategies improve landed cost, gross margin, supply reliability, and operating efficiency. Quantify the financial impact of sourcing initiatives and track performance against targets to ensure alignment with goals. Monitor cost performance against targets and identify opportunities to optimize COGS and support business objectives.

Strategic Decision Support (15%)

Evaluate trade-offs and quantify costs and operational impacts across logistics, duty, and operations to enable optimal supply chain decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally to inform decisions on fulfillment, regional strategies, and resource allocation. Translate insights into clear, actional recommendations for leadership.

Reporting and governance (10%)

Deliver reporting and analysis that provides end-to-end visibility into sourcing and supply chain performance. Communicate business performance, risks, and opportunities through concise, executive-ready reporting.
