Qualifications

• Degree: University degree in Business, PSCM, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in supporting procurement strategy implementation and category management with PSCM expertise.
• Professional Certificate: Membership/qualification from a procurement body (e.g. CIPS, ISM) would be advantageous.
• Language: English fluent; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the managers in executing and delivering prompt sourcing processes.
• Assist in RFx planning, supplier evaluations, bid management, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Ensure sourcing activities are compliant and efficient for optimal value.
• Promote sustainable procurement practices across supplier lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team to foster high-performance environment.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation for supply chain continuity.
• Utilize Oracle and other procurement tools to support sourcing and contract management.
• Suggest process improvements, cost-saving measures, and sustainability initiatives.
