Job summary

CLP Power Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Senior Specialist in Commercial & Supply Chain to drive category strategies and supplier relationships for Transmission and Distribution initiatives. You will develop and execute strategies, explore new suppliers, and support CAPEX projects across key spend areas.

The role emphasizes data analytics, dashboard maintenance, and collaboration with internal teams and business partners to deliver value and sustainable procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/SCM/Engineering or related field.
• CAPEX project procurement experience is preferred.
• Professional certification from a recognized procurement body (e.g., CIPS, ISM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategy development and execution.
• Assist in supplier exploration and relationship building.
• Support China sourcing and market engagement.
• Maintain data analytics and dashboards to support project delivery.
• Prepare supplier negotiation plans to secure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement goals.
