Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a senior procurement leader to shape and execute strategic sourcing across multiple categories, with emphasis on Integrated Facility Management and complex outsourcing programs.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and drive value for clients while mentoring category teams and aligning with JLL's business goals. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing and negotiation.
• Experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) procurement preferred.
• Proven ability to manage outsourcing and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead category plans, strategies and procurement frameworks to meet client needs.
• Improve supply chain efficiency, maintain quality, and reduce costs.
• Negotiate complex supplier contracts to deliver favorable outcomes.
• Supervise category management teams and cross-functional groups.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and clients on procurement strategy.
• Report progress, value, client satisfaction, and risks to leadership.
