Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong is seeking a senior operations-focused professional to support the Hong Kong and ANZ Cluster Head on business operations and workplace initiatives. You will guide the Property Management team, enforce efficiency, and help deliver a superior workplace experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring headcount planning, space utilization, occupancy accuracy, and managing system approvals across GL, Concur, Ariba, and related processes to keep audit-ready records and support

Qualifications

• University Graduate with built environment focus.
• Knowledge in Real Estate, Architecture, Property Management or related fields.
• Strong customer/service delivery mindset and problem solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
• Good financial understanding and analytical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills; proactive.

Responsibilities

• Strategy support: monitor headcount plans and conduct trend analysis for portfolio planning.
• Operations management: provide one-stop service for LOBs and roll out regional initiatives.
• Transaction/lease related support: coordinate with GRE, landlords, and legal teams.
• Design and Construction: coordinate churn projects and liaison with landlords and vendors.
• Maintain occupancy records, space utilization, and audit-ready documentation.
• Risk and compliance: ensure approvals and records are maintained timely.
