Job summary

Hong Chi Association 匡智會 in Hong Kong seeks a senior leader to uphold its mission and assist the General Secretary in guiding strategy and monitoring service development.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team, drive service development, establish quality assurance, train staff, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders across sectors. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in rehabilitation services.
• 15 years managerial experience in social services and/or with intellectual disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and execution abilities; able to collaborate with other professions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the mission and vision of the Association and assist the General Secretary in driving the organization’s strategy and monitoring service development.
• Lead a cross-disciplinary team across functions and professions.
• Initiate and implement service development strategy and monitor progress.
• Establish and maintain a service quality assurance mechanism.
• Oversee staff training and development to build capability.
• Establish strong and effective strategic partnerships with stakeholders from all sectors.
