Hong Chi Association 匡智會 is seeking a seasoned social work professional to join its senior management team as Services Supervisor. The role will initially oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and rotate across service areas to gain broader exposure.

Requirements include being a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor degree in Social Work and at least five years of supervisory experience in rehabilitation or welfare settings, plus fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker
• Bachelor degree in Social Work with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector is preferable.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of subvented rehabilitation services units.
• Develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality, operation, training, and development.
• Lead financial, administrative, supervisory and personnel management systems.
