Job summary

Sun Life in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced investment professional to join the Asset Management team as a senior officer responsible for supervising Type 9 activities, MPF operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance with MPFA and SFC guidelines.

You will lead fund manager screening, due diligence, strategic and tactical allocation, support product design, and manage external relationships, with a focus on delivering fund performance and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or related field.
• Over 10 years of portfolio management or related experience.
• CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform asset management functions in compliance with SFC and MPFA regulations.
• Execute fund/fund manager screening, due diligence, selection, monitoring and evaluation; form strategic and tactical asset allocation.
• Conduct dealing activities and research macro and multi-asset classes.
• Provide performance analysis, reports and commentary for fund factsheets and marketing materials.
• Review and enhance investment processes; support product design and external manager relationships.
