Job summary

Capital Access is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead multi-asset portfolios for institutional clients in Hong Kong. The role combines strategic asset allocation with hands-on portfolio construction, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Candidates should have a strong track record in cross-asset investing, advanced quantitative training, and fluency in English with Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing multi-asset portfolios and delivering benchmark-relative performance.
• Strong macro and cross-asset expertise with advanced quantitative training.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL and Bloomberg data/tools.
• Solid understanding of Greater China/Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance through disciplined asset allocation and timely rebalancing.
• Convert macro views into actionable positioning across equities, fixed income, FX, and diversifiers.
• Utilize quantitative models and overlays to optimize portfolio construction.
• Mentor and lead a team of investment professionals and support governance and client/stakeholder presentations.
