Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned strategist to drive SME business planning and market initiatives. The role involves reviewing and aligning strategies with targets and coordinating with the Commercial Center.

You will analyze data, work with internal and external stakeholders, and design promotions for SME segments, ensuring timely reports and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Services, including 1 year in SME strategic planning or product development.
• Familiar with Commercial Center operations and operations/service enhancement is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A good team player with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Strategic Planning Manager.

Responsibilities
