Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a capable professional to provide comprehensive support for disposal of commercial and residential properties and to conduct market research on land, planning, and financial viability.

You will prepare tenders, liaise with consultants, and conduct analyses for valuation, while coordinating with government bodies for approvals. The role requires strong English and Chinese language skills and experience in real estate matters.

Qualifications

• Professional membership in RICS (General Practice) or HKIS GP Division with 2 years post-qualification experience
• Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
• Diploma/Certificate with minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Experience in sales/marketing for residential/commercial properties, land matters, financial viability analysis, valuation; divestment/investment, tenancy, property development is advantageous
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive professional support for disposal of commercial/residential properties
• Assist in market research, examine land planning restrictions and financial viability analyses
• Prepare and carry out tender activities and liaise with consultants
• Conduct analyses and prepare materials for land/property valuation
• Assist in negotiating land grant conditions
• Coordinate with consultants and government departments for approvals
• Compile cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports for financial planning
• Supervise and coach team members
