Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in Project Management or Operations in banking/financial institutions preferred.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget, with complex scope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategic project planning and holistic project management.
• Liaise with stakeholders and act as internal focal point for smooth project execution and daily operations.
• Prepare materials (PowerPoint, summary reports) and assist regular management reporting.
• Develop capacity planning strategies to support the bank's strategic direction.
• Create indicators for operational management and evaluate operations for productivity and quality.
