Job description

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded professional to join our team and help shape our global compliance strategy, regulatory expansion, and compliance technology initiatives.

This is not a traditional compliance role focused primarily on day-to-day regulatory operations. You will work at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, operations, and technology, helping the company understand regulatory requirements across different markets and turn them into practical business and operational solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to explore how RegTech, AI, automation, and data can improve the way compliance teams operate globally and support the company’s continued international growth.

What You’ll Do
1. Global Regulatory & Market Entry Strategy

Research regulatory environments, market entry requirements, licensing options, capital requirements, and operating conditions across key markets.

  • Support the development and execution of the company’s global licensing roadmap.
  • Coordinate with local compliance teams on license applications, renewals, and ongoing regulatory requirements.
  • Improve visibility and tracking across licensing projects and help establish clear ownership between global and regional teams.
3. Compliance Operations & Process Improvement
  • Review existing compliance processes and identify opportunities to make them more efficient, standardized, and scalable.
  • Help build clear and traceable workflows that can be adopted across different markets and teams.
  • Improve collaboration between global, regional, and business teams.
4. RegTech, AI & Automation
  • Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone compliance processes that could be improved through technology.
  • Explore and drive the adoption of RegTech solutions, AI tools, workflow automation, automated monitoring, and data dashboards.
  • Work with relevant teams to turn improvement opportunities into practical solutions.
5. Business Analysis & Decision Support
  • Evaluate regulatory risks, market opportunities, implementation costs, and potential ROI.
  • Translate complex regulatory considerations into clear and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Support decision-making around product launches, cross-border initiatives, market expansion, and resource allocation.
6. Cross-functional Project Management
  • Work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, and local Compliance teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, priorities, and resources to move complex cross-functional and cross-regional projects forward.
  • Take ownership of projects from problem identification and analysis through to implementation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in Finance, Law, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, regulatory strategy, risk management, FinTech, RegTech, or complex project management.
  • Ability to quickly understand regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions and execution plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good commercial judgment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to independently drive initiatives across multiple teams and regions.
  • Genuine interest in RegTech, AI, automation, and data-driven ways of working.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving priorities.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in cross-border financial services, brokerage, payments, FinTech, RegTech, or other international businesses.
  • Exposure to global licensing, regulatory advisory, or new market entry projects.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation, AI tools, data dashboards, or operational systems.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Think beyond compliance requirements and understand the broader business impact behind them.
  • Are comfortable working through ambiguity and turning complex problems into clear actions.
  • Take ownership, proactively identify problems, and follow through to deliver results.
  • Are curious about how technology and AI can improve traditional ways of working.
  • Can bring together stakeholders with different priorities and drive projects forward.
