Traze is seeking a strategic, commercially minded professional to shape our global compliance strategy, regulatory expansion, and compliance technology initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, operations, and technology to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

You will explore how RegTech, AI, automation, and data can improve compliance operations and support international growth across markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
Experience in strategy, regulatory strategy, risk management, FinTech, RegTech, or complex project management.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

Global Regulatory & Market Entry Strategy: research regulatory environments across key markets and support licensing roadmaps.
Compliance Operations & Process Improvement: review and standardize processes for scalability and clearer workflows.
RegTech, AI & Automation: identify opportunities to apply RegTech, AI tools, automation, dashboards, and monitoring.
Business Analysis & Decision Support: evaluate risks, opportunities, and ROI, translating into actionable recommendations.
Cross-functional Project Management: coordinate with Business, Product, Technology, Legal, Finance and local Compliance teams.
