Job summary

Responsibilities

• Screen targets, conduct due diligence, and valuations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Finance and Tax teams.
• Perform robust quantitative analyses to support decisions.
• Manage projects and timelines with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external advisers to maximize value add.
• Assist in developing high-quality Exco materials to enable decisions.
