Job summary

KPMG (China and Hong Kong SAR) in Hong Kong is seeking an Analyst / Assistant Manager in Deal Advisory, Merger & Acquisition to support buy- and sell-side transactions. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; CFA/ACA preferred.
• 1+ year corporate finance experience with banks, M&A boutiques or firms.
• Strong analytical, accounting and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client targeting and internal and external marketing
• Support origination and assessment of deal opportunities, preparation and presentation of related materials
• Provide support of specific transactions through the deal life cycle including preparation of funding strategy, information memorandum, documentation and investor / lender dialogue
• Financial modelling and analysis of comparable companies, projects and assets
• Analysis of trends and issues in the financial markets; research of corporate finance dynamics
