OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited invites a senior professional to lead affluent segment management, marketing, and customer experience initiatives within Consumer Financial Services Division.

You will conduct market studies, design CVP and campaigns, collaborate with product, risk, and compliance teams, and drive revenue growth while meeting regulatory requirements.

Seeking 12–15 years of experience, a business degree, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/finance-related field.
• Master degree is a plus.
• 12–15 years’ experience in affluent segment management, marketing, products or customer experience.

Responsibilities

• For Premier Banking customer growth, design and implement acquisition strategies and marketing programs.
• Collaborate with business owners to develop referral programs and deepen product penetration.
• Drive marketing campaigns to maintain competitiveness and formulate strategies.
• Ensure CVP meets customer needs and helps acquire new customers/relationships.
• Deliver research and insights to inform business strategy and customer centricity.
• Collaborate with product, credit, operations and other teams to improve service delivery.
