Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in a dynamic, international setting. You will establish a robust Charter, secure sponsor sign-off, and maintain a detailed project plan to guide execution.

Manage changes, monitor progress, and drive timely closure of projects or phases. You will perform stakeholder analyses, report to sponsors, and ensure deliverable acceptance while coordinating contracts and variations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience communicating with senior/executive levels.
• Managed multiple projects in networks, cloud, UC&C, contact centers or IoT.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to engage with customers and internal staff in a virtual matrix team.
• Good understanding of telecoms and IT industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Project Charter and secure sponsor buy-in and sign-off.
• Prepare and maintain the project plan and monitor execution.
• Direct and manage project work and monitor/control progress.
• Manage change requests and integrate approved ones into the plan.
• Close the project or phase upon completion.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and report to sponsors.
• Clarify contracts and manage variations; upsell opportunities.
• Ensure acceptance of deliverables by stakeholders.
