• 10 to 15 years of experience in IT planning, IT finance, PMO/PPM or related governance roles.
• Strong leadership experience in a bank or heavily regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual IT planning and budgeting cycles, forecasting, cost control and variance tracking.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business goals and coordinate IT investments.
• Oversee IT vendors, monitor performance, terms and service quality.
• Establish management reporting frameworks, analytics and key operational metrics.
