Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a Director of Information Technology in Hong Kong to drive the strategic IT/AV roadmap, ensure operational excellence, and govern lifecycle management for enterprise systems including POS, ERP, and member portals.

The role combines hands-on leadership with executive advisory duties, strengthening cybersecurity and AV operations for high-profile events while aligning technology with the club's multi-year enterprise vision.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing defense-in-depth security architecture.
• Experience managing large-scale AV and event tech implementations.
• Strong enterprise IT management with cloud and on-premises systems.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity architecture and policy development.
• Oversee AV/network infrastructure and BGM systems.
• Maintain core hospitality IT systems (POS, ERP, CRM).
• Direct budgets, vendor SLAs, and governance.
