Qualifications
- Degree holder in HRM, Business Admin, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in HR operations.
- Solid knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and employee lifecycle practices.
- Proficient in Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver full employee life-cycle services for designated business units.
- Maintain accurate headcount databases and track leave records.
- Provide proactive sourcing and performance management support.
- Ensure policy compliance and operational excellence.
- Participate in workflow automation and process re-engineering projects.
