Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 6–8 years in management or strategy consulting with proven project delivery.
• Experience with SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, and process reengineering.
• Able to lead engagements, manage scope, resources, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; strong presentations.
• Strong business acumen and market insight; collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
